MEMBERSHIP POLICY 1. Membership is available to anyone engaged in business and/or selling activities. 2. You shall NOT use this membership to conduct any fraudulent or non-disclosed business activity or have more than one Member Account at any time. 3. Membership will automatically be expired if minimum allowable pick-up is not reached for 2 consecutive months. 4. Membership is non-transferrable. LIMITATIONS 1. Special Rates for Elite members will take effect once verification and Elite Code is given. 2. COD Fee is 2% of the declared value of item. With max 50,000 pesos value. 3. OKSXPRESS shall not be liable for any delay due to acts of God or force majeure. 4. No delivery on Non-business days (Sunday & Regular Holidays) 5. OKSXPRESS 2nd Delivery Attempt (additional 25PHP on the supposed delivery fee) will prevail in case of the following: a. Uncontactable Receiver within 10mins upon rider arrival in Receiver’s location b. Incorrect receiver address 6. All Elite Members are entitled to FREE RTS on the condition that only 2 delivery attempts were made. PRIVACY POLICY 1. Member and all Receivers information shall be kept confidential and used for pick-up & delivery purposes only. 2. No information about the member shall be disclosed to a third-party entity for whatever purpose/s unless booking is under Regional Delivery.
